Affiliate Policies

(1) Affiliate Eligibility: Affiliates must be in compliance with the Terms of Use and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to approve or reject Affiliates at our sole discretion.

(2) Promotional Methods: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Top Drawer Toys through ethical and legal methods, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Affiliates must not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices.

(3) Prohibited Activities:

• Using spam or unsolicited email marketing.
• Bidding on trademarked terms or brand keywords in paid search advertising.
• Engaging in any form of malicious or harmful actions against Top Drawer Toys.

(4) Prohibited Trademark Terms:

• The full merchant's brand name or any variations.
• Domain names that include the merchant's brand name.
• Any terms that might confuse consumers into believing they are on the official merchant's website.
• Any terms that infringe on the merchant's trademark rights or dilute their brand.

(5) Commission Payments: Affiliates are eligible to earn a commission of 10% on referred sales. Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount after returns and refunds. Payments will be made on a monthly basis

(6) Cookie Duration: The tracking period for cookies is 30 days. This means that affiliates will receive commissions for sales generated within 30 days of the initial referral.

(7) Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Termination may result in the removal of an Affiliate's access to the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

(8) Changes to Agreement: Top Drawer Toys reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review the Agreement regularly.

(9) Entire Agreement: By participating in the Top Drawer Toys Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Failure to comply with the terms outlined herein may result in the termination of your affiliate status and forfeit any outstanding commissions.
